Background
Facing customer high service quality requirements, and business group headquarters operational growth needs; business units continuously strive for higher sales. However, they overlooked potential risks in finance, RD, manufacturing, and warehouse operations. This caused many uncertainties, negative conflicts, and losses.
Business unit's top management specially requested all levels of operational managers to jointly plan and construct an 'Enterprise Operations Risk Management SOP', to act as each department's daily operation management standard mechanism. Also as a best practice base for project management training of department managers.
Project Objectives
- Within a defined period and budget, complete an 'Enterprise Operations Risk Management SOP Manual' according to contract requirements.
- Effectively help managers and personnel to use the constructed procedures, tools, methods, and techniques in actual risk management.
