PM Trainer

Who is qualified to become our trainer?
Type 1

Education:

  • Masters degree and above in PM, MBA, or MSc in Management related subjects.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in PM or specific management work.
Type 2

Education:

  • Masters degree and above in Science & Technology related subjects.
  • PMP certification.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in PM or specific management work.
Other requirements:

Skills:

  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good Chinese and English language skills (spoken, reading, writing).

Experience:

  • Previous trainer experience a plus (not necessarily in PM).

PM Consultant

Who is qualified to become our PM consultant?
Type 1

  • Minimum 10 years working experience in PM.
Type 2

Education:

  • Masters degree and above in Science & Technology related subjects.
  • PMP certification.

  • Minimum 15 years working experience in PM.

Course Project Manager

  • We expect you to treat each course as a project, and manage the course from start to finish. This includes clients’ needs management; course planning and design; course administration; students registration; classroom and equipment preparation; lecturers and students liaison.

  • Bachelor degree and above in HR or Management related subjects.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in management training industry.
