C3 Project Management Standard Operating Procedure Development
Course Introduction
Most enterprises have stringent standard operating procedures for general operations. The main objective is to increase work efficiency and avoid mistakes. However, for mission oriented cross-departmental management work, there are few standard operating procedures. Due to a lack of common management language, tools, methods and processes, enterprise managers often run into many communication, coordination and interface problems when doing cross-departmental work.
Many enterprises strive to foster enterprise managers' project management abilities. However, lacking common processes and a formal project organization, managers have difficulty bringing learned skills into full play when faced with manifold departmental barriers.
This course is specially designed for middle and top managers, to help them gain an accurate understanding of the importance of building 'project management standard procedures'. At the same time, it teaches effective building steps, methods, tools and case studies.
